Shipping Policy

On this page we address some of the questions you might have as a buyer of goods at the ChristianMetro online market place.  

Most of the products available through ChristianMetro are from America and should be delivered through standard shipping within 10 business days. For products that come from overseas, the time for delivery would be approximately 21 business days. In the event an order cannot be fulfilled for any reason, the concerned purchaser will be notified and any payment made will be refunded.

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee delivery times because once your parcel leaves the warehouse it is outside of our control. However, we are confident that the above delivery schedules can be met.

What shipping method will you use to ship my order?
 Unless otherwise specified, our sellers will use their preferred carrier / parcel service to ship products to all purchasers within the United States.

Can I request my order to be delivered on a specific date?
Unfortunately, we are currently not available to support such requests.

What if my order is missing or the received items are damaged?
If your delivery does not reach you within 10 days from the date of receiving intimation of shipment, please contact us at support@christianmetro.com and we’ll do everything we can to track it down promptly and expedite delivery.

In the unlikely event the item you purchased goes missing in transit to you, we will investigate the matter and ensure that you get a satisfactory update or receive a refund.

Can I request rush shipping for my order?
 Unfortunately we do not have that capability right now.

Who pays for the shipping?
All shipping costs for products purchased by you on ChristianMetro will be borne by us / our sellers for deliveries within the United States of America.  Shipping costs for any returns (unless the product is damaged, not as shown or an incorrect dispatch) is usually borne by the buyer. Please read our returns and exchange policy for more information regarding this.
